SERVICES

I currently offer teletherapy sessions on a HIPAA compliant videoconferencing platform to clients located anywhere in the state of Oregon

INDIVIDUAL THERAPY

I provide individual therapy that holds your personhood, strengths, and cultural context at the core. I am trained as a generalist which means I can work with you to address a broad range of concerns, drawing from a diverse therapy skillset when needed. I often work with clients to address anxiety, anger, depression, stress and trauma, sleep difficulties, life transitions, grief/loss, identity development and integration with focus on gender identity, sexual orientation and race, coping with a medical diagnosis, and navigating systems of oppression.

SUPPORT THROUGH MEDICAL TRANSITION

I firmly believe in the autonomy of trans, nonbinary, and gender expansive (TNBGE) people. My role as a therapist is to support you exactly where you are in your gender journey, offering a therapeutic space to process the full spectrum of emotions and experiences you may have along the way. For TNBGE clients who are pursuing medical transition, I have experience writing letters to support the initiation of hormone therapy and/or gender-affirming surgeries when they are required by medical providers and insurance companies. I follow the Standards of Care put forth by the World Professional Association for Transgender Health.

For clients whose primary need is to obtain a letter, this can usually be accomplished in 2-3 sessions and I charge my usual hourly rates for these sessions. For established therapy clients, there is no additional fee for the provision of these letters beyond the cost of regularly scheduled sessions.

QTBIPOC AFFIRMING PERINATAL AND REPRODUCTIVE MENTAL HEALTH

I see and honor the ways you have been called to parent. For many, this is not a linear or singular path. I have a strong interest in supporting clients at all stages of preconception, pregnancy, postpartum, and beyond, with a particular desire to offer witness, validation, and gentle support to those who are often erased in dominant narratives around reproductive health in the U.S.: folks of color, queer and trans folks, those who have experienced pregnancy or infant loss. I bring my own lived experiences as a gestational parent to this work, and have also completed specialized training on reproductive mental health.
